What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition and accompanied by a receipt.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including (but not limited to) candles, bookmarks, matchbooks, and stickers—thanks for understanding!

Are you hiring?

Not at the moment! Any future openings will be posted to our Instagram and website. In the meantime, thank you for thinking of us—it means the world.

Can you carry my book?

Possibly! We love discovering new stories. Please fill out this form to tell us more about your title.

At this time, we are only accepting romance submissions. We do not consider books that are non-romance or available for free online.

While we’re not able to read every submission, if your book feels like a good fit for our shelves, we’ll be in touch directly.

Can I suggest authors & titles that I would love to see in store?

Yes, please! We love hearing what you're reading and dreaming about.

Can I order books through your website?

Yes! Our online shop carries a broader selection of titles than we can fit in-store.

All online orders are fulfilled by our distributor, and shipping + order updates will come directly through Shopify.

Can I host an event at HOF?

Possibly! We’re open to readings, meetups, and cozy gatherings that align with the spirit of the shop.

Does HOF host bookclubs?
